My daughter has been pitching for 5 years, she plays on 3 different teams. She is a pitcher, she broke her arm 1 year ago, she pitches different now and now she has a problem.. I hoping someone reads this and can help.. Everytime she pitches her elbow gets bruised and swallon, she says it's from hitting her side? How can she fix this? Her speed is 50 to 55. Never had this issue before she broke her arm?
