If you have something you wish to have posted, please email it to me. After reviewing it, it will be up to the discretion of the SPSA leadership as to whether posting your information is appropriate for our site. Everything is reviewed before it is posted.

If you would like to have anything posted, please e-mail it to me. This way I do not have to retype it and I can get it posted almost immediately.

Try to keep your information as brief (but complete) as possible. This allows the web pages to load more quickly. If all you have to post is just text, and no pictures, tables etc. then don't worry, it loads very quickly. It is the "pretty" stuff that slows down the loading process! The rule of thumb is that your posting will take about the same amount of time to load from the web site as it did to upload from you e-mail program when you send it to me.

If you have done your work in Microsoft Word or Excel, I can import those files directly. Just attach the file to your e-mail and I will do the rest.

If you are sending me something like a schedule or a calendar that has columns that are aligned, be sure to use Excel or tables if you are doing this in MS Word. Tables are important because that is the only way a web page can guarantee that the information will be "held together or aligned" on any computer it is displayed on. Unfortunately web pages do not look the same on every computer.
